广州黄埔队竟然没有参加过本地的长洲赛，而且各个社区队伍都来了，今年来到第三届了，于是我们也“到黄埔去！”

上午在云帆俱乐部完成领队会议和抽签仪式，天气好得很，一扫端午前后的阴雨天，今日肯定是出片的日子。
上午就有队伍在热身了，瓜老板讲我们队唔热身，唔做操，要低调，不然输了好难看的。
中午一点未到，主场的长洲和深井龙船就开始游龙了，农历五月十三还可以扒传统龙，确实很少见。
这些年的岛外建设如火如荼，岛内还处在微改造的状态，变化不是很大，居民更加安居乐业。
今年的主题系三岛联动、携手同行，长洲岛、生物岛和小谷围岛并肩前行。
中午13点开始开幕式，气温超过35度，广州进入了暴晒模式。
游艇会这里一流的设施和景观，水流和水道都不受影响，是黄埔最好的比赛场地。
第一轮南岗扒得非常棒，作为友队，大家相互鼓励一下。
三岛联动，大学城的队伍也来参赛，淘教带领的北亭村队很有自信。
老黄埔实力最强劲的下沙社区闪亮登场
广州黄埔龙舟队由黄埔的单鸡佬组成，没有社区肯盖章，只能退而其次参加企业组的组别。这次前五名的单鸡佬只来1位，让出更多机会使替补队友也做下主力。
第一轮下来，中场休息，传统龙再次登场。
