由于天气非常棒，队伍也很多，这次分了3集记录男子组的赛事，这是中集。

最精彩莫过于折返点竞速，高速冲线、急停、集体转身、二次发力整套动作一气呵成。
男子猛龙力量浑厚，破浪向前势不可挡，舵手稳稳把控水流，划手同步收桨发力，没有半分慌乱。
很多队员平日里是上班族、个体户、街坊邻里，清晨天未亮就来到涌里集训，收工后依旧下水磨合节奏，手掌磨出厚茧、腰背常年酸痛，却没有一人缺席训练。
对老队友而言，站上龙舟不只为争夺名次，更是守住村落的集体荣光，传承代代相传的龙舟精神 。
这场大庙杯龙舟赛，从来不止一场水上竞速。
它是广佛村落维系情谊的纽带，每逢赛事结束，各村齐聚共享热闹龙船饭，大鱼大肉摆满宴席，划手、村民、远道而来的亲友围坐一桌，举杯畅谈，不分你我。
有人说来到雅瑶看龙舟，不在乎最终谁拿下龙王，只为感受这份纯粹热闹、邻里同心的水乡温情。
赢了一起分猪头犒劳全村，输了也相互鼓劲，来年涌上再相聚，竞技有度，情义为先。
两百载瑶溪古庙，一河涌百龙争辉。
