参加广州国际龙舟邀请赛的两支黄埔队伍在大吉沙进行适应性训练，一起备战端午前夕的国际大赛。

从乌涌码头一起坐船进入大吉沙岛，两老表效力不同的队伍，模拟进行队服交互仪式。

 

在岛上吃个小饭后，下午进行两轮换船换水道训练赛，各胜一场和气收场。

 

大吉沙岛对面就是老黄埔，港口码头林立，这里是羊城八景之一的黄埔云樯所在地。

 

珠江大吉沙段有落羽杉田隔开主航道，这里是个避浪良港，适合用来龙舟训练。

 

大吉沙岛现时暂停旅游开放，普通游客不要贸然前往。

 

虽然今日是对手，但黄埔街很多昔日的队友，度过无数个一起训练和比赛的开心时刻。

 

今日还有谢拉特现场拍摄小视频，推广黄埔龙舟。
