中秋国庆假期的黄埔龙舟过于平静，即兴在黄金周假期最后一日来个150米*6趟折返赛，兄弟们都玩得很高兴。

今日赛程150米，折返6趟，采用小龙前后梢公13人参赛。
赛前2日提前在微信小程序抽签组队预热，赛前4组队长抽签确定船和水道。
恭喜获得冠军的黄埔龙舟1队
今日活动地点在庙头人工湖，旁边系南海神庙和广州海事博物馆。
14点运动员到场，热身，准备开赛。
这次扒龙船传习活动分为4组，预赛第一晋级决赛，每队扒2轮。
由于临时组队，赛前没有训练，即兴发挥，一些队梢公和鼓手密集，一些需要扒仔出来做梢公。
扒比赛打旗的场景与2019年番禺莲花禺山杯的开心一刻高度相似，观众和运动员都玩得开心。
赛事安全保障和幕后工作人员随时待命
6趟折返赛执旗5次，非常考验抓细梢的梢公，又扒又梢更是了得。

颁奖后继续前往文冲基地，合力将桥底的杉木船托上岸，明年再续跪扒情缘。
